1. Assemble and place on a clean, level surface.
2. Make sure the power switch is off and plug in the power cord.
3. Place the Pulp Catcher and Juicer Catcher under the outlet spouts. Do
not use the Outlet Stopper.
4. Prepare fruits and vegetables; wash and remove cores, hard seeds, thick
skins and/or shells. Cut into cubes or juliennes that will fit in Feeder
Tube.
Note:
Extra care should be taken when juicing carrots; cut them into small
pieces and feed one by one, do not feed the next piece before the pulp appears
in the Pulp Catcher.
5. Switch the motor “ON”.
6. Place fruit/vegetable pieces on the Produce Tray and slide into the Feeder
Tube. Push down slowly and evenly with the Food Pusher and do not
apply excessive force. The juice will pour out from the Juice Outlet into
the Juicer Catcher and the pulp will come out the Pulp Outlet into the
Pulp Catcher.
7. When no more juice comes out of the Juicing Bowl, turn the switch off,
and unplug the juicer.
Note:
If fruits or vegetables get stuck in the Juicing Screw, place one hand on
the Juicing Bowl Cover to prevent it from backing off as you push the switch
to the “R” position to reverse the motor. This is not a permanent position
speed, the switch pulses.

SELECTING AND PREPARING
YOUR PRODUCE
• Select the freshest fruits and vegetables available. Remove any visible dirt and store
properly. Do not rinse the produce until right before you are ready to juice.
• Freshly made juices should be consumed as soon as possible after they are prepared or
refrigerated for up to 72 hours.
• Some soft, low-moisture fruits such as avocados, bananas, cooked apples, plums, and
apricots, are not suitable for juice extraction.
• Leafy greens, parsley, wheat grass and sprouts should be bunched up into a small ball and
then pushed through with the food pusher. Celery should be pushed through more slowly
because celery fibers are tough.
• It is not necessary to peel fruits and vegetables with thin skins, but the thick skin in fruits
like melon, cantaloupe, pineapple, citruses, etc., must be removed.
• Remove the pits and cores from fruits such as cherries, apples, pears and peaches. During
juicing, melon seeds may escape from the top of the Feeder Tube, so remove them when
possible.
