Here are some juice recipes for you to try with your Nutrex Press

Juicer. You can also
experiment and create your own recipes for delicious and nutritious juices.
Tropical Refresher
• 4 strawberries
• 1/4 of a peeled pineapple (top
removed)
• 1 bunch black grapes
Summer Cooler
• 1 cup red grapes
• 1 cup black cherries
(pits removed)
Cabbage Patch
• 1/2 head green cabbage
• 2 stalks celery
• 1/2 tomato
• 2 carrots
Healthy Mary
• 3 large tomatoes
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1 stalk celery
• Small slice of lime (with peel)
Pineapple Delight
• 1 large peeled pineapple
(top removed)
• 1 orange, peeled and quartered
• 1 papaya (skin, seeds removed)
• Sugar or honey, optional
Young at Heart
• 6 carrots
• 1/2 apple
• 1/2 slice fresh ginger
