Troubleshooting 

 
This unit has been designed based on state-of-the-art manufacturing methods and it has been tested repeatedly to 
ensure that it is working properly. However, should problems occur, refer to the following list. 
Please keep in mind that the indoor units are supplied with power via the outdoor parts. As a result, we recommend 
also reading the section "Troubleshooting" in the operating instructions for the indoor unit. 

Should the unit still not be working despite these checks, please contact an authorised service centre.

mechanism, reduce air resistance  

Cold cycle is not leak proof 

Is there a buildup of frost visible on 
the plate fin exchangers of the in-
door unit?

Condensation water 
is leaking from the  
indoor unit. 

The drainage line of the condensation 
collector is blocked / damaged  

Can condensation drain freely? 

Clean the drainage line and the 
condensation collector

Before any work on the units is performed, they must be disconnected from the power supply 

(fuse or repair switch) and prevented from being inadvertently switched on
