5. Product description
The “Green Racer FPV” electric quadrocopter is intended for users who already have experience in operating remote-
controlled quadrocopters and now want to experience the fascinating world of FPV racing.
For in-flight stabilisation, the quadrocopter has sophisticated electronics with position and acceleration sensors (6-
axle gyro) allowing uncontrolled movements of the model to be detected and compensated for immediately.
The quadrocopter can be operated in visual flight or first person view mode (FPV mode). When flying by sight, the
pilot at the transmitter sees the quadrocopter from the outside and must keep it in view at all times. The FPV mode
enables the pilot to control the quadrocopter from the first person cockpit view (“first person view”). For this purpose,
a forward-facing video camera is integrated in the quadrocopter, which transmits images to the supplied FPV goggles
via the 5.8 GHz radio transmission system during the flight. In order to ensure optimal image transmission at different
flight attitudes, the inclination angle of the video camera can be manually adjusted.
During the first test flights, it is possible to operate the transmitter in beginner mode. In beginner mode, the control
reactions of the model are significantly reduced (dual rate function). In sports mode, the quadrocopter reacts with
much greater agility. The quadrocopter has maximum control sensitivity when in expert mode.
The quadrocopter can also perform flips in any direction, if necessary.
The quadrocopter has two front white LEDs and two rear red LEDs on its bottom to better recognise its orientation
in flight.
To operate the transmitter, you need 4 AAA/Micro batteries.
