Thresholds
: Enter the adaptive modulation threshold values (dB) for each modulation
(based on measured CINR). The values are used only when Adaptive modulation is
enabled. There are two entry fields for each threshold setting (row):
- Minimum Entry Threshold (right column)
- Mandatory Exit Threshold (left column)
Settings must be adjusted to match the characteristics of each deployment. Refer to the
following table for recommended threshold settings. These are applicable for independent
sector operation. Co-channel sector deployment in a cell may require further optimization
of the Adaptive Modulation settings.
