Issued pursuant to law no. 449 of 27/12/1997 and Circular of the Ministry of Finance no. 57/E of 24/02/1998 (Tax
subsidies on renovation of buildings) extended by Law no. 488 of 23/12/1999 and 2001 Finance Act:
Ravelli srl hereby certifies that the following products
500, 550 (Erika), 650 (Alessia), 700 (Sara), 900 (Flat), 901 (Ducted)
with an interior made up of: a steel hearth and fire pot, a vermiculite combustion chamber (with the exclusion of
model Snella), a vitroceramic door resistant to high temperatures, adjustable primary air and electronic control
board, are included in the types of work for energy saving (in accordance with Law 10/91 and Presidential Decree
no. 412 of 26/08/1993) which can benefit from the tax allowances connected with energy saving in buildings (in ac-
cordance with article 1, letter g) of Ministerial Decree 15/02/1992 (Official Journal of 09/05/1992 no. 107).
The above product is included in the heat generators that use products of plant origin as their source of energy and
which is normal operating conditions present a yield, measured using the direct method, of not less than 75%
.
