A.9.1 ID set
In system setting menu press number key 1 to configure device ID:
Device ID=255
Input Device ID (0-255):
The first row is device present ID and the second row is for user configuring a new ID.
If you do not input number but press ENTER key, the old ID will be effective. And if you input a
number and then press ENTER key, this number will be the device ID.
The range of device ID is 1-255 and 0 is for internal use and 255 is public ID of the device. The
device uses 255ID for communication when no ID input. Number 1-254 means device has already
set ID. The illegal character or input data beyond default range will be ignored. BackSpace key is
available to change the input.
A.9.2 Baud Rate Set
In system setting menu press number key 2 to configure Baud Rate:
Baud Rate=2(2400bps)
Baud Rate(1:300,2:2400,3:4800,4:9600):
The first row is device present Baud Rate and the second row is for user configuring a new Baud
rate.
If you do not input number but press ENTER key, the old Rate will still be effective. And if you
input a number and then press ENTER key, this configuration will be effective.
The range of Baud Rate is 0-4 and 0 indicates to clear the Baud Rate, the invalid number will be
ignored. System default communicates at baud rate of 2400bps if user has not set baud rate.
BackSpace key is available to change the input.
A.9.3 Line-Board set
In system setting menu press number key 3 to configure Line-Board, and at present there are four
ways to configure Line-Board:
a. Without CPU the prompt will be:
The line board is 4E1 Board, it can't be set.
System Set Command:1-8, Menu Display: M, Return: Q Command:
b. Optical line-board with CPU, the menu will be:
1.Alarm Mask Set
2.Loopback Set
3.ALS Set
4.Ether Net Port Set
5.Ether Net Port Work Set
