ACIA Access Time
The ACIA is a controller device from the 6800 family. Access cycles are controlled by
the Processor signals VMA*, VPA* and the E signal.
To initiate a transfer, the Processor must receive a VPA* signal from the decoding logic.
When the CPU is synchronised to the E clock signal, the VMA signal is asserted to
indicate to the I/O devices that a transfer is beginning. Synchronisation requires
additional time (1000ns maximum).
