5 Troubleshooting
5.1
Camera Axis Adjustment
The camera axis should keep a vertical angle of 45° proportionate with the vehicle body. Use the guided
preview window provided in the system software menu for assistance. Keep all calibration points visible
while maintaining the highest pixel level.

Condition Solution
No Camera View
Swap camera with another camera and verify camera is good. If
camera is good check cable connections between control module and
camera.
Poor Camera View Verify cameras are placed in the correct position and aimed correctly.
Verify there are no obstructions in the camera views to corrupt the
stitching process.
Control Module Not Powering Up Verify the power connection is properly connected.
Output of Monitor Won't Stay On Go to the "Other Settings" option in menu and select "Hazard Blinker
Trigger Duration" and set to
“Infinite.”
