11.2.8 Adjusting the working radius of
the pick-up arm (additional equipment)
DANGER
Risk of accident when adjusting
the pick-up arm, due to the high
weight of the component and to
spring tension.
When folding up the pick-
up arm, proceed with great
care and if possible seek the
assistance of a second person.
NOtE
The working radius can be
changed by turning over the limit
plates (

).
Remove the locking pins and washers
(

) from the upper limit plate (

).

Position -
short elongated hole
Position -
long elongated hole
Remove the upper limit plate (

)...
...turn and...
...fit the long elongated hole (

) onto
the fixing bolts.
Fit the washers and secure the limit
plate by inserting the locking pins.
Fix the locking pin in place by folding
down the safety catch.
Turn the lower limit plate (

) as
described above.
NOtE
To reset the working radius, turn
the limit plate back over to use
the short elongated hole, as
previously described.
