11.3.12 Adjusting the restoring force of

the hydraulic stone protection

system (additional equipment)

Set the restoring force so that the plough

bodies sit firmly in the ground but can

deflect upwards slightly over stones.

If the deflection of the plough bodies is

insufficient, increase pressure gradually.

Minimum pressure:

120 bar (factory setting)

Maximum pressure:

170 bar

Connect the hydraulic hose of

the automatic stone protection system

to a single-acting control device on

the tractor.
Open the stopcock (

); set the hydraulic

pressure with a manometer (

Once the pressure has been reached,

close the stopcock.
