8.11 Help

The “help” icon on the home page can be selected when experiencing trouble with the system (see
figure 21). Advised is first to try and solve the problem by using the appendix trouble shooting (

see

appendix A: trouble Shooting

). When still experiencing tr

ouble, the “help” icon should be selected.

After selecting this icon an interface like figure 9 will appear containing all contact details for help.
Depending on what country the user is in, different contact details are needed. This information can
be retrieved by selecting the correct country on the left-hand side of the screen.
