4.2.1.  Antenna Interface & Frequency Bands 

EM160R-GL  includes  a  fully  integrated  global  navigation  satellite  system  solution  that  supports  GPS, 

GLONASS, BDS and Galileo. The module supports standard NMEA 0183 protocol, and outputs NMEA 

sentences at 1 Hz data update rate.   

 

The GNSS engine is switched off by default. It has to be switched on via AT command. For more details 

about GNSS engine technology and configurations, see 

document [4]

.
