Completely unscrew the four screws and set them aside. The cover can now be easily
removed.
Warning!
After disassembling the stainless steel cover, be careful not to touch
any electronic components or internal contacts.
Electronic components on the assemblies could be damaged by
electrostatic discharge.
The modules may only be touched at the edges of the printed circuit boards, at mechanical
screw connections or connectors. Direct contact with electronic components and solder
contacts / soldering surfaces should be avoided at any time.
On the following pages you will find - separately for each PiXtend eIO device - the
description of the jumpers and their effects.
If you have set the jumpers to your liking, the hood can be placed back on the spacers of
the assembly and fixed with the four screws. If you have a screwdriver with torque
adjustment, tighten the screws to a torque of 0.4 Nm.
