series devices / machines, which are always the same, different combinations can be
tested and compared during the test phase.
The minimum wire size is 0.2 mm² (AWG24), but we recommend using 0.25 mm²
(AWG23) - for the differential pair (A & B) and for the bus GND. Twisted lines are very well
suited for the differential pair, but not mandatory.
In general, control cables without shielding (LIYY) and with shielding (LIYCY) can be
recommended, which can be purchased inexpensively from various manufacturers.

At one point, there must be a connection between GND of the devices and the
protective conductor (PE)

It must be worked with shielded cables

The shield of the bus line must be connected to the protective conductor (PE) at
one point - ideally at the bus master

The design of the shielding has to be reassessed for each application

Shield supports for DIN rails in the electrical specialist trade

Use at least 0.2 mm² (AWG24) leads

Use LIYY or LIYCY cables or twisted pair cables
