PiXtend eIO Hardware Manual

The following switches must be set before starting.

A change during operation does

not lead to the desired change. Only after a restart of the device (power cycle), the change
is accepted.

Switch „M“ - Mode:

This switch determines the protocol with which the device is to be addressed.
Position "ON": PiXtend eIO ASCII protocol
Position "OFF": Modbus RTU protocol (factory setting)
