A mobile stand to allow the Quartet IdeaShare Board to be moved from room to room
is available. For information on the mobile stand, please contact your office products
dealer and ask for Quartet IdeaShare Board Stand (product # Q8000S).
Using the Quartet IdeaShare Board
The following sections describe the different ways to use the Quartet IdeaShare Board:
• As a copyboard to direct print and beam to a PDA (page 4).
• As a digital whiteboard to save and share (page 8).
• As a virtual touchscreen to create interactive presentations (page 11).
Using the Quartet IdeaShare Board as a Copyboard (Printer/PDA Only)

In copyboard mode, the Quartet IdeaShare Board is a standalone unit connected only
to a printer. Captured data is stored within the system and can either be printed to
the connected printer, or beamed to a supported PDA device through the IR port.
