SideKar Extreme User Manual rev 2.1 Page 23 of 87

If you don’t wish to connect to a rig, hold the PB2 button to
abort the process.

Note: turn the rig on first before turning the SideKar Extreme
on.

When the SideKar Extreme establishes a connection to a rig, it
will briefly let you know. A connection is established after the
SideKar Extreme sends a command to the rig and the rig
responds appropriately.

If the Elecraft rig is in the text mode and is displaying
characters in the lower right of the screen, the SideKar Extreme
will automatically show the characters. If the rig is not
decoding and displaying characters, then the SideKar Extreme
screen will be blank.

If the SideKar Extreme does not connect to the rig

and

you

expect a connection, please see the
