I. Introduction
2WAN 4LAN Router (referred as Router hereby) is a business level router that efficiently
integrates full functions and new generation firewall devices. It meets the needs of both small
and medium enterprises which need economical solutions. Apart from its Internet
connectivity that suits the broadband market, Router has 4 port built-in 10/100Mbps QoS
and VLAN switching board which enables it to fulfill most enterprise firewall needs.
Router supports customer setting that users can set the original DMZ port with firewall
standard setting and also allows the DMZ port as the second WAN port, which also are flexible
for the bandwidth, increasing sessions.
Intelligent Load Balancing & By Traffic Load Balance support WAN port load balance,
which enhances the performance of our product. Besides, to fulfill the requirement for a
highly secure and integrated firewall, Router has a high-speed, high-efficiency four-core Intel
IXP 425 intergrated RISC processor embedded. With 266Mhz high processing speed, plusing
high standard SDRAM and Flash, Router brings users super networking efficiency. Its
processing speed and capacity are almost equal to those of expensive enterprise-level
Routers. In addition to internet connectability, for the broadband market, Router has the
function of VPN virtual network connection. It is equipped with a virtual private network
hardware acceleration mode, including IPSec DES/3DES ,etc. and 3DES mode is able to reach
the proformance to over 50Mbps, which is widely used in modern enterprises, and offers full
VPN functionality. Moreover, its firewall proformance is able to reach over 100Mbps. This is
why the device is so popular with modern enterprises.
Router exclusively developed QVM (Qno VPN Management). It can be used with QVM
Server/ Client function products, which can get the easiest VPN setting. Users only need to
put User Name and Password, and server WAN IP and then can easily and quickly build VPN
tunnels. Besides, if you are QVM Server, you can log in QVM Client to do remote control via
center control interface with encryption.
This QVM function is able to get VPN back-up when be matched, which can make your
enterprise VPN connection permanently without being affected of ISP disconnection. Of
course, in order to keep the product excellent flexibility, Router also support traditional IPSec
VPN setting, which can provide each office, business partners, and remote users a safety
