Troubleshooting & Specifications

Remove Power Supply Unit

Take note of the part number of the removed PSU.

Replace the Power Supply Unit

Make sure that the part number of the new PSU is the same as the part number of the removed

Ensure the PSU orientation is correct and then slide the new PSU into the chassis until it is firmly

Do not install the new PSU into the chassis by force. It should slide into the chassis 

smoothly. In case otherwise, check if the PSU is properly oriented.

There are no user-serviceable parts inside the PSU. Do not disassemble any part of 

the PSU. Doing so voids the warranty and regulatory certifications.
