Hardware Installation
To connect a 10GBASE-T device, do the following:
Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the 10GBASE-T port of the switch.

Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to a network or network device.
2.
Repeat the above procedures to install additional 10GBASE-T network devices.
3.
The 10GBASE-T port LED lights green when the network link is established.
NOTE:
Ethernet cables are not included in the package. Contact your dealer to purchase.
SFP+ Port

The Small Form-Factor Pluggable Plus (SFP+) port is the second generation of the SFP interconnect
system designed for 10Gb/s data rate. The switch has 8 SFP+ ports which are numbered and have
corresponding SFP+ port LEDs. The upper row ports are odd numbered (i.e. Port 41, Port 43, Port 45,
and Port 47). The lower row ports are even numbered (i.e. Port 42, Port 44, Port 46, and Port 48). See
illustration below.
The 8-SFP+ ports support 10-gigabit IEEE 802.3ba Ethernet for fiber mediums.
