This is Bit 0 of the Relay status word. It is the relay that controls the main heating output. Typically the Burner
Status. BACNET and LONWORKS have this broke out into state logic points. MODBUS, you will have to break
it out yourself. Read value, BITWISE AND with 0x0001, if result = 0, relay is off. If result = 1, relay is on.
