Used to force a modulation rate. Typically used by service tech to make combustion adjustments at a particular 
firing rate. Normal setting is 101 = Auto. This allows the heater to modulate ad the load requires. If you put a 
value 0-100, it will force the heater to that firing rate when operating. 0=Low Fire, 100=High Fire 
Use with caution. Advise allowing the heater do control its own modulation.
