MULTI HANDSET / MULTI BASE
This product is GAP COMPATIBLE, providing advanced optional features:
* EACH BASE STATION CAN REGISTER 6 HANDSETS
* EACH HANDSET CAN BE REGISTERED TO 4 BASE STATIONS
* INTERCOM/ CALL TRANSFER / CONFERENCE CALL FOR MULTI
HANDSETS
* RING PRIORITY
Remark:
Handset/base registration to other brands of DECT Phone is possible provided
that they are GAP COMPATIBLE.
(Note: If base1 is already registered , it will be overwritten by the new registra-
tion)
REGISTRATION:
Although the handset(s) which came with this product is/are already registered to
the base from the factory, it can be registered again to the same base to change
its handset number or in case it was registered to other base(s).
There can be six handsets registered to one base. Registration is performed
when both the handset and base are in standby mode:
Base:
1. Press and hold the button on the base for 6 seconds, the In-use LED will
flash (Time allowed for registration will be 2 minutes).
Handset:
1. Press button to enter menu mode during standby.
2. Press
∆/∇
button to select [REGISTER].
3. Press OK button to confirm, the display will show [BASE: 1234].
For an un-registered handset, all digits are flashing.
If the digit is steady, it means the handset is already registered to that base.
4. Press key -1- to select base1, the display will show [BS PIN ----].
(Note: If base1 is already registered, it will be overwritten by the new
registration)
5. Enter the four digits base PIN. (the default PIN is 0000)
6. The display will show [WAITING...], the handset is now searching a base that
is prepared for registration.
7. When the base is located, the display will show [HS 123456].
(or if there is another handset(s) already registered to this base e.g. handset 1
and handset 3, the display will become [HS _2_456])
8. Press the desired numerical key to set the handset number, the handset and
the base will go into standby mode.
