DELETE SPECIFIC CALLER RECORD:
1. Once you have found the desired name/number, press , the display will
show [DELETE?].
2. Press OK button to delete the record.
3. Press button to exit.
DELETE ALL:
1. In standby mode, press OK button. The display will show [NEWXXTOTALXX].
2. press , the display will show [DELETE?].
2. Press OK button, the display will show [DELETE ALL?].
3. Press OK button to confirm.
Remarks:
1. Caller records which have not yet been reviewed, cannot be deleted
TIME/DATE:
With each call, the time and date will be registered. In case you receive Caller-ID
from a FSK based system, this system will provide the time and the date.
In case you are connected to a DTMF based system, the telephone makes use
of the time and the date you have set. Please refer to chapter ‘time and date’ on
page 17.
