4.4 Unloading 4000T on Low Loader
Trailer
1. To offload start engine and run on idle
for a few minutes to allow the oil to
warm up
2.
At the rear of the machine pull the
GREEN 2 lever to lift the conveyor from
the neck of the trailer
3. Track the machine off the trailer
4. Once the machine is of the trailer, pull
the lever towards RED 4 and when fully
retracted pull the lever toward RED 5.

When in position secure the oversize
conveyor by attaching the locking
assembly
.
4.5 Loading 4000T on Low Loader
Trailer
1. Essentially you are repeating the steps
above but in reverse order.
2. Undo the latch that is keeping the
oversize conveyor in transport position.
3. Unfold the conveyor by pulling the lever
towards GREEN 1 and then GREEN 2.
This will raise the lower part of the
conveyor to allow clearance to track the
machine onto the trailer.
4. Track the machine onto the trailer and
when the machine is in position pull
lever to RED 4 to lower the conveyor so
that it rests on the neck of the conveyor.
