of 1 Hz.

The attainable resolution is frequency-dependent. The specified values are average values across the given bandwidth. The
resolution has been determined under laboratory conditions on a mirror with the aid of the Hanning window.

The data refer to the frequency specifications of the Bragg cell 308 MHz ±6 MHz. The exact frequencies of the spectral
impurities depend on the individual frequency of the Bragg cell. Contact Polytec for further information. The amplitudes and
frequencies of the spectral impurities depend on the signal level. The specified frequencies occur at high signal levels.

Higher signal levels result in higher spectral impurities at these frequencies. The spectral impurities printed in bold can reach
amplitudes > 1 nm at high signal levels. These spectral impurities are generally modulated with two other spectral impurities
spaced about ±700 kHz apart.
