Warranty Terms and Conditions
Duration of Warranty:

Limitation of Warranty:
Excluded from warranty are consumable parts as:

Pump Cap Assy
•
Wiper
•
Ink System Assy
•
Maintenance tank
•
Pressure Pump Assy
The warranty does not cover any damage to these products that results from improper
installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply,
abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, problematic inks, or any unauthorized
disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty covers only the replacement of
defective parts and inks and does not include labor or other costs caused by the damage.
POLYPRINT will offer warranty replacement only to official dealers trained on this equipment.
Start of warranty period:
The warranty period starts upon delivery of the machine.
Warranty claim procedures and requirements:
To receive free warranty replacement parts, POLYPRINT requires a completed warranty claim
which must include the serial number and detailed information regarding the damaged part.
Consider that the printer has consumables which need to be replaced if necessary. The
replacement time depends of the productivity of the printer, the installed ink and the proper
maintenance which is made.
We ask you to perform the maintenance task according to the
intervals given in the description. Following these steps will increase productivity and keep your
service costs low.
