Control Your RealPresence Capture Station
Appliance with RealPresence Media Manager
Once your RealPresence Capture Station Pro or Portable Pro appliance is integrated with your
RealPresence Media Manager software, you can schedule, start, and stop RealPresence Capture Station
presentations from the RealPresence Media Manager Admin Tool.
To schedule a RealPresence Capture Station event from RealPresence Media Manager software:

In the RealPresence Media Manager software Admin Tool, in the Scheduling panel, click the New
button.

In the Event Type section, select Polycom RealPresence Capture Station .

Enter a Title , Speaker , and Description in the fields provided.

In the Duration
section, select the event’s duration in hours and minutes.

To stop a Capture Station event already in progress, click the Stop Capture Station Event button.

Select a Content Source Profile from the list. Click the Refresh button to refresh the list of
available RealPresence Capture Station Content Creation Profiles (CCP).

In the Profiles section, select a Capture Station Profile for the RealPresence Capture Station
appliance you just configured from the list. Click the Refresh button to refresh the list of available
CCPs.

Click Save .
