Moving the sheet surface manually
The sheet can be moved even when the power of the NETWORK FLIPCHART is
switched off.
The sheet can be moved with your hand either in left or right. Please place your
hand at the vertical center and move the sheet slowly.
Notice
• Quick movement can cause damage to the drive mechanism of the NET-
WORK FLIPCHART.
• When the sheet surface is moved, roller traces may appear on parts of the
screen.
Note
• When the Erase Reminder function is set to “Enable”, the Erase Reminder
function may not operate properly if the sheet surface is moved by hand.

How to store images of both sides
The double-sided full scan is a function to scan the information written on the front and back sides together
and then store the image data in a single file. When the power supply is first switched on, the device is set up
for single-sided scanning.

single-sided button to set up the
scanning mode.
Notice
• When setting up the device for double-sided full scanning, press an operating button such as the print button within one
minute. If not, the device will return to the normal scanning mode.
• When the image is saved or printed, the device will automatically return to the single-sided scanning mode.
