5.Next, specify a print server name in the "Print Server Name" field. The
print server will be identified as a NetWare print server with this name.
Similarly, enter a print queue name in the "Queue1 Name" field. Click on
the OK button to continue. [Queue2] and [Queue3] correspond to Port 2
and Port 3 of the print server, respectively.
6.The wizard will ask you whether you wish to save the new configuration.
Select "Yes" to save the new settings.
7.After a while, the Smart Print Manager 3 screen will be displayed again.
A new print queue for the print server is now available.
b. Using Manual Setup
The print server can be set up via the "Manual Setup" option of Smart Print
Manager . It is assumed that you have a basic understanding of NetWare
print servers. Follow the steps below to enable the print server under
NetWare.
1.Log on to your NetWare server with supervisor (or admin) permission,
and start PCONSOLE.
2.Select "Print Queue" from the command menu.
3.Press the Insert key. The utility prompts you for a print queue name.
Enter a desired queue name (this name will be used throughout the
network).
4.Press the ESC key, and select "Print Server" from the menu.
5.Press the Insert key. The utility prompts for a print server name. Enter a
desired print server name.
6.Select the print server name you specified in Step 5 and press Enter. A
menu labeled "Print Server Information" will be displayed.
