Message
Description
192kHz PCM
An operation is prohibited because the source is 176.4 kHz/192 kHz PCM.
2ch Only
An operation is prohibited because it is only applicable to 2 channel sources, while
the current source is a multichannel source.
96kHz PCM
An operation is prohibited because the source is 88.2 kHz/96 kHz PCM.
Error MIC!
An error occurred during MCACC setup because the microphone is not connected
or is not connected properly.
Error Speaker!
An error occurred during MCACC setup because the speakers are not connected or
are not connected properly.
Exit
Appears when a menu is automatically exited after a set period of inactivity.
HDMI Audio <TV>
Displays when you change the listening mode, the volume level, or some sound
settings when the
HDMI Audio is set to
TV
.
HDMI C.ERR 1**
Check if the HDMI cable is properly connected. If the cable is properly connected,
this unit may be damaged. In such an event, please contact a Pioneer-authorized
service center or your nearest dealer.
HDCP ERROR
Check whether or not the connected component is compatible with HDCP. If it is not
compatible with HDCP, reconnect the source device using a different type of
connection (component, S-video or composite). Some components that are
compatible with HDCP still cause this message to be displayed, but so long as there
is no problem with displaying video, this is not a malfunction.
Key Lock
The key lock is enabled. See
Key lock setting
on page 75.
Line Out Mode
Operation is disabled since Line Output is set to
Lt/Rt
.
Muting
When audio is muted, display appears if Auto MCACC setup is performed.
No MIC
Display appears when Auto MCACC setup is performed without a microphone
connected.
Noisy!
Background noise is too high to complete MCACC setup successfully.
Not support
For HDMI1 or 2 inputs:
Try adjusting the resolution, DeepColor or other setting for your component.
For DVD input:
Try changing the resolution in the
HDMI Resolution
setting (page 54).
OC Error1
OC Error2
Check whether the speaker cables are short-circuited. If the error message continues
to be displayed, contact your Pioneer authorized service center or your dealer for
servicing.
Over Temp
Try lowering the volume. If this problem is not fixed by removing and inserting the
power cable, this unit may be damaged. In such an event, please contact a Pioneer-
authorized service center or your nearest dealer.
Phones In
An operation is prohibited because the headphones are connected.
Tray Lock
The tray lock is on (see page 85).
