Operate the Q-632 in a clean environment
only and under permissible ambient

Drive wear
Replace the Q-632 and make sure that the
operating parameters of the electronics are
adapted to the rotation stage.
Drive is blocked
Release the blockage carefully by turning
the motion platform back and forth by
hand.
