By deactivating the transmission of LLDP and PTCP telegrams, the corresponding tables
will not be filled in the switch. Thus, the underlying network parts will not be detected by the
controller.
In the “DCP Boundary” menu, forwarding of the received DCP telegrams on the respective
ports can be disabled via the secondary menu items “DCP_Identify” and “DCP_Hello”.
In the “Peer to Peer Boundary” menu, the transmission of LLDP or PTCP telegrams on the
respective ports can be disabled via the secondary menu items “LLDP” and “PTCP”.

This menu provides an overview of the important configuration settings for all ports and also
offers the option of setting the status and transmission mode for all existing ports.
