5. Turn main switch (3) to position "I".
6. Press the green push button (4) control voltage “ON”.
7. Switch on the machine, turn the selector switch of the pump
motor (5) clockwise.
8. Let the machine run for about 5 - 10 seconds until the mixing
tube has been cleaned.
9. Switch off the machine at the selector switch of the pump motor
(5) (position "0").
10. Pull out 10-pin connector (1) (Fig.78).
11. Open the quick release fastener on the motor tilt flange and tilt
the motor.
12. Take out the mixing tube cleaner with the cleaner shaft.
13. Deposit the mixing tube cleaner and cleaner shaft in the lug.
39.9 Cleaning the hopper
The inside of the hopper can be cleaned with a water hose after
having been emptied completely.
39.10 Cleaning rubber mixing zone

1. Detach water hose (1) from the rubber mixing zone.
2. Detach the two nuts (2).
3. Remove and clean pump unit (3) with mortar pressure manometer.

4. Pull rubber mixing zone out of the material container and clean.
5. Reinsert or attach rubber mixing zone and pump unit after cleaning.
Ensure correct seating of the parts.
6. Ensure proper fit of the parts.
