fitted to the front or the rear side. When it is mounted on
the front side, the maximum plunge depth cannot be
reached.
Fitting
Fit the dust extraction adapter
to the base plate
by
clicking it under the edge groove
on the left side
and then press it downwards to lock automatically.
Connect the dust extraction adapter to a vacuum cleaner
suction hose.
Removing
For removing it, first push the adapter
strongly to the
left so that the left pin is deformed and the right one is
released
. Lift the adapter from the right pin and
remove it.
The dust extraction adapter can be fitted to the front or
the rear side. When it is mounted on the front side, the
maximum plunge depth cannot be reached.
Adjustment of the side fence
Side fence is used for trimming wood linings (veneers,
ultrapas,...,), for making grooves of different forms with
regard to the selection of cutting profiles. Carbide tipped
cutters are especially suitable for trimming as they
provide clean cuts and have long service life.
x
Fix the guide rods
with both wing screws
onto
the base plate
of the cutter.
x
Adjust the parallel guide
to the required
measurement and tighten strongly using the wing
screws
.
x
For accurate adjustment, loosen the wing screws
.
Carry out accurate adjustment using the adjusting
button
and lock the screws
.
- One turn of the adjusting button corresponds to a
1,25 mm movement.
Adjusting the cutting depth
Cutting depth can be adjusted with screws on turret stop
, together with depth stop with indicator
.
Depth indicator can be freely moved along the guide and
the suitable value is set on the indicator scale
. The
depth range is 50 mm. Three screws on turret stop
provide the pre-setting of three cutting depths. After the
depth is adjusted, fix the screw
.
Fine adjustment of cutting depth
Replace the depth stop
with the addition for fine
adjustment and fix it with screw
. In order to achieve
fine adjustment of cutting depth, the addition for fine
adjustment is supported to the longest screw of turret
stop
.
! Attention: Before performing depth adjustment
disconnect the power tool from power supply!
Fixing router table

Built-in telescopic spring returns the router table in the
original position after releasing the lever.
Fitting cutters
A cutter is mounted with collet
and collet nut
.
Mount a cutter in the following order:
The collet must be inserter in the collet nut so that they
are both flush on the front side.
Turn the collet nut with inserted collet by two turns on the
motor shaft and insert a cutter. Press the collet lock
to block motor shaft, and then tighten the collet nut
with the open-jaw spanner
! Incorrect fitting of a cutter, which can cause the
break of mounting parts.
Never tighten the collet nut
without a cutter firmly to
the shaft. Too much pressure can damage the collet.
For dismantling the cutter, first loosen the collet nut
by
one turn, and then continue loosening it till until the cutter
comes out quite freely from the collet.
Changing the collet
The collet
is held by a ring in collet nut
. Loosen it
with a strong pull out. Insert a new collet with a strong
push into the collet nut
.
Selecting a cutter
Always use cutters, the shaft diameter of which
corresponds exactly to that of the collet. The cutters must
not have a
greater than 40 mm.
APPLICATION ADVICE
Sequence for cutting
1. Select cutter and insert into collet.
2. Set required depth of cut.
3. Switch
on.
4. Plunge down and lock.
5. Rout
the
workpiece.
6. Release plunge lock.
7. Switch
off.
Routing circles or curves
Fix the guide bar
in the base plate
using wing
screws
. Fit the dividers
and lock using the wing
nut. Take the dividers to the pivoting point. Determine the
radius and set the required length, then lock the wing nut
.
Routing with a guide bush
Guide bush is used for routing and copying of curved
shapes. Fix the selected guide bush
to the bottom of
the base plate with two screws M5. The bush wear ring is
slid onto the edges of the gauge. The part to be worked
on must be bigger than the difference between the outer
edge of the wear ring and the outer edge of the cutter, to
obtain a true copy.
Feed direction
Routing must always be carried out in the opposite
direction to rotation; otherwise there will be a risk of injury
due to recoil (reaction torque).
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
Always disconnect the plug from power
source before making any adjustments on
the power tool!
Maintenance and care
x
Your tool does not need any special care, though in
time you should check the parts that will wear out
