Next, get the details from your
penveu system
. What happens after that depends on your
system version and our registration and version records.
Follow the steps on the update page. You will be asked to register if your system info is not
already found in our records. If your registration is found, we'll show if your system is up-to-date
or provide steps to update it.
Once you have downloaded the update file and saved to your penveu root directory, disconnect
the power from the veu for about 5 seconds and then plug the power adapter back into the veu .
Please allow at least three (3) minutes for the
penveu system
update to complete.

The
penveu system
will be updated. If the
penveu system
is connected to an external display
or projector during the update, you will also see an onscreen prompt indicating that the
pen
is
being updated.

The Pen Tip Indicator will flash through a series of colors during the update process. When the
update completes, the Pen Tip Indicator will be solid green.

The
penveu system
will automatically create an updated "penveuInfo.txt" file in your
penveu/penveuSystem folder.
Do not unplug the
veu
or shutdown the computer during the update process.
This could cause the
veu
to go into an unrecoverable state.
Do not remove the
pen
from the
veu
until the system update is complete.
