Hot air
In this setting the top and bottom heating elements and the fan are activated. The heat is
distributed evenly in the oven. This setting is suitable for large amounts of food which need
heat supply, such as large au gratins and pies.
The baking tray or the grill rack + ceramic
baking is usually placed on level 2.
* Temperature setting: 40 - 230 °C.
* Use oven crockery that is resistant to a temperature of 250 °C.
