4. impostazioni di base
Per accedere alla fase di configurazione, accendere il PM2006-V
tramite l’interruttore di rete (
6
) e premendo contemporaneamente
il tasto PROGRAM INSERTION indicato in figura: l’accesso
alla modalità di configurazione si manifesta con l’accensione
intermittente di tutti i led gialli presenti sul pannello e la successiva
permanenza del led relativo al tasto premuto.
I led rossi EMERGENCY (

) rappresentano l’indirizzo di
comunicazione con la CPU PM2021-VE: i tasti relativi permettono
infatti di assegnare un indirizzo logico al dispositivo.
Nota
Tutte le impostazioni di funzionamento sopra descritte - eccetto
l’assegnazione dell’indirizzo - possono essere effettuate
direttamente da pc tramite l’apposito software PMS2006
Manager.

Presenza
dell’amplificatore
“MUSICA”
Il sistema utilizza lo
stesso amplificatore
sia per la diffusione
della voce che per
quella della musica.
La diffusione della musica
viene eseguita da un
amplificatore dedicato
collegato all’apposito
ingresso e permette di
interrompere la musica
solo per i 2” di test sulla
zona specifica.
Se si utilizza un unico amplificatore sia per la
diffusione della voce che per quella della musica
(led spento) connettere l’apposito cavetto DB9/
RCA (in dotazione) al modulo PM2011-V ed a
una sorgente sonora esterna. Se si utilizza un
modulo sintetizzatore PM2060-B, questo deve
sempre essere posizionato alla destra del modulo
PM2021-VE, allo scopo di interrompere il segnale
musicale durante tutti i 12” del test.

Music is broadcast by
a dedicated amplifier
connected to the input
provided for this purpose
and allows the music to
be cut off only for the
2 seconds required for
testing the specific zone.
If a single amplifier is used for broadcasting both
speech and music (LED off), connect the special
cable DB9/RCA (included in the supply) to the
PM2011-V module and to an external source of
sound. If a PM2060-B synthesiser module is being
used, this must always be positioned to the right
of the PM2021-VE module, so as to cut off the
music signal for the whole 12” of the test.
4. CONFiGURatiON aND USe
4. Basic settings
To access the configuration stage, power up the PM2006-V by
turning on the mains switch (
6
), pressing at the same time the
PROGRAM INSERTION key shown in the figure. Access to the
configuration mode will be confirmed by all the yellow LEDS on
the panel flickering up. The LED associated with the key that has
been pressed will then remain on.
The red EMERGENCY LEDs (
3
) represent the address for
communicating with the PM2021-VE CPU: The associated keys
enable a logical address to be assigned to the device.
Note
All the operational settings described above - except for address
assignment - can be made directly via a PC, using the special
PMS2006-VES Manager software.
