FC25~FC37 are used for Parker double pump function.
FC 25 is used to select double pump function.
When FC25=0, double pump control is invalid. When FC25=1, double pump control is valid.
FC26 and FC27 are set for switching big pump.
If required flow is lower than FC26, big pump is unloaded.
If required flow is higher than FC27, big pump is loaded.
FC30 is delay time for switching big pump.
FC31 is maximum switching times of big pump in one minute.
FC32=1, whatever switching condition is satisfied or not, drive will unload big pump, which is adopted to test
oil pipe under high-pressure.
FC35 is big pump capcacity. FC36 is small pump capcacity.
FC37 is internal leakage compensation.
Internal leakage occurs after oil pump pressure is rising. If internal leakage is small, FC37 can be set to 0. If
internal leakage is serious and system flow is not sufficient, leakage compensation must be increased.
Under multiple pump combined control, master pump works in pressure closed loop mode and auxiliary pump
works in speed control mode. Master pump, auxiliary pump and single pump basic parameters are as follows:
