Set On Hook Transmission Mode of Ground Start Lines
To set On-Hook Transmission mode (OHT) (POTS only) for ground start
lines, follow the steps below.

“O”
on the Voice Configuration menu (Figure 4.27) to display the
Ground Start OHT Mode Selection menu (Figure 4.50).

“E”
to enable onhook transmission mode, or
“D”
to disable it. The
IAD saves the mode you’ve selected and redisplays the Ground Start OHT
Mode Selection menu.

Press Escape to return to the Voice Configuration menu and continue with
other voice path configuration.
Configure Echo Cancellation Default Settings
To set echo cancellation default settings, type “E” on the Voice
Configuration menu (Figure 4.27) to display the Echo Cancellation Default
Settings Configuration menu (Figure 4.51).
