When using RS485 control commands other than Panasonic, Pelco-D, and Pelco-P, select “Custom”
for “Protocol” and upload the command table to the unit via an FTP server. The unit must be rebooted
after the upload is completed.

If Pan/Tilt/Zoom functions cannot be operated for Panasonic cameras, you must select “Custom” for
“Protocol” and upload the command table to the unit. For further information, refer to our website
