Domestic hot water Solar
This function is displayed, when a system diagram is loaded with the domestic hot water
circuit. The function controls the solar pump output, if the temperature difference between the
collector and tank is reached. After assigning an input terminal for the solar collector sensor, the
parameters listed below are displayed and can be adjusted as required.
If the function is used with a separate solar storage tank, then the input terminal of the
temperature sensor, which is installed in the solar storage tank, must be assigned as a solar
storage tank temperature (
solTank
). The relay output via which the pump is to be switched,
must be assigned as solar pump (
SolPu
). The parameters for the switching on and off, as well
as the safety functions (max. tank temperature, max. collector temperature (boil-out protection)
and min. collector temperature (frost protection) can be adapted to the system configuration.
The function is activated after assigning the input for the solar collector temperature and the
output for the solar pump.
