Aquarea Heat Pump Manager (HPM) – Manual Part 1: Installation and Commissioning – 12/2014
Installation and Terminal Assignments
7
Important notice
If the potential-free relay contacts should switch the same potential as the mains voltage, then
select the following connection types depending on the control mode of the heat pumps:
►
When controlling via communication, clamp
the
control phase L of the
supply voltage
to the input terminals of the potential-free relay contacts
(terminals 2, 6, 10, 14), as long as components are connected to it.
or
►
When controlling via the contact release, clamp
the
external potential
of
the heat pumps to the input terminals of the relay contacts (terminals 2, 6, 10,
14), which have been assigned by the HPMtool.
In this case, the supply voltage of the HPM may
not
be used as voltage supply
for the connected heat pumps!
7.2.2 Inputs
The HPM has the following input types:
●
Sensor inputs
The following sensor types are possible: Pt1000, Ni1000 or Ni1000LG.
The same sensor type must be used for all sensor inputs. During
commissioning, the sensor type used must be indicated (→
Set sensor type,
P. 71
).
●
Contact or counter inputs
To count pulses.
●
0–10V inputs
For sensors with 0–10V output or for heating demands of the heat pumps with
0–10V signals. Here, the range of 0 to 10 V meets heating demands of 0 to
150 °C.
These inputs can also be used as 0–10V outputs (→
HPM Manual Part 2
).
