Install inlet nozzle like this:
1.
Connect the cable (min. 6mm
2
) from the inlet pipe flanges to earth. Use enclosed screw, washer and
ring terminal for connection.
2.
Fix the embedded tubing into the framework of the pool. Mask the flange (the surface that will then
lie against the gasket).
Building blocks:
The flange should rest on the finished pool wall (see A previous page).
Isulating blocks:
The flange should rest on the finished pool wall (see B previous page).
Concrete:
The flange should rest on the finished pool wall (see C previous page).
Recommended mounting depth, see drawing.
NOTE! Minimum distance between stainless steel material and non-stainless (e.g. Concrete-
reinforcing bars) will be 50 mm.
3. Cast concrete.
4.
Then attach the self-adhesive packing to the inlet housing flange.
5. Install the pool liner and begin filling the pool with water.
6.
When the water is about 5 cm below the inlet nozzle cut a small cross in the liner at the hole center.
Install the packing (2 mm) and sealing ring.
7.
Trim the liner below the sealing inside edge.
8. Install the ball with a round opening towards the pool and the front part with Pahlén logo on top.
Do not tighten the screws hard yet.
Marine:
mount enclosed fixing washers towards the fronts back side. These fixing washers should
hold screw in the front, this facilitates the future disassembly, e.g. for winter storage.
9.
Fill the pool with water to the desired level.
10.
Directing the water jet by turning the ball.
