Surround Installation/Removal Instructions
The surround (Figure 102) attaches to the unit once the backing plate (Figure 103) has been installed. The
surround easily fits into place by connecting all four of its hooks.
Installation
1. Attach the ON/OFF Switch face plate and wiring to the surround backing plate before seating the backing
plate onto the fireplace.
2. Place the backing plate onto the fireplace by inserting its four hooks into the four slots on the fireplace
frame (Figure 104).
3. Install the surround by inserting its four hooks into the corresponding slots on the backing plate (Figure
103).
Removal
Installation is the reverse of removal.
