Throttle
The throttle is on the engine. It controls the speed of the engine and
turns the engine off completely when pushed all the way down. See
Figure 3.
Auger control
The auger control lever is located on the left side of
the handlebar. Press the handle down against the
handlebar to engage the auger and start the snow
thrower. Release the handle to stop. See Figure 4.
Drive control
The drive control lever is located on the right side of
the handlebar. Press the handlebar down to engage
the wheels. Release the handle to stop. See Figure 5.
Differential traction control
Engaging the differential lever (Figure 6) releases the right traction wheel but allows the
left wheel to continue driving. Releasing the Differential lever automatically engages
both drive wheels for full traction (Figure 7).
NOTE: The Differential will be more difficult to activate under a heavy load. Activate the
lever before beginning a turn.
