Check controls periodically to confirm they are engaging. See the instructions section
of this manual.

Maintain or replace safety and instruction labels as needed.

Never store the machine with fuel in the tank in a building where there are sources of
ignition, such as hot water tanks, space heaters or tumble dryers. Allow the engine to
cool down before storing the equipment in an enclosed space.
9.
The machine must be stored out of the reach of children and unauthorised persons.
10.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations for the disposal of petrol, oil, etc. to
protect the environment.
11.
Before storage, run the machine for a few minutes to clear snow from the machine
and prevent freezing of the auger/impeller.
12.
Always refer to the user manual for proper out-of-season storage instructions.
Do not modify the engine
Never change the engine's factory settings.
Residual risks
Even when the machine is used as prescribed, it is not possible to eliminate all
remaining risk factors. The following hazards may arise from the construction and
design of the machine:

Damage to hearing if effective hearing protectors are not worn.
⚫
Health damage due to vibration emissions if the machine is used for a long time or is
not adequately controlled and properly maintained.
Do not operate the machine for more than 20 minutes at a time. Take breaks of at
least 10 minutes. While taking a break, the user must not expose himself/herself to
other sources of vibration. The table below shows the maximum permitted daily
exposure, if the vibration load of 2.5 m/s2 is not to be exceeded:
