Device pair configuration page
This page allows the user to pair a temperature sensor with a heater or gas flow
controller in a control loop. For example, a temperature sensor can be paired with a
heater.

The page contains the following fields:
Board number
The board number is the first column in the table.
Sensor
Displays the nickname of each sensor that is fitted to the unit. Tap this field to change
the sensor nickname.
Heater
Displays the heater that is paired with each temperature sensor. Select a heater to
assign it to this temperature sensor (if applicable). Select
None
to remove a heater
from this configuration.
Flow
Displays the gas flow controller that is paired with each temperature sensor. Select a
Gas Controller to assign it to this temperature sensor (if applicable). Select
None
to
remove a gas controller from this configuration. The gas controller is mounted on the
optional auxiliary I/O daughter board.
Cold Limit
This value can only be changed in
ENGINEERING
mode.
Enter a lower temperature limit. If the sensor temperature falls below this limit, the
gas flow is disabled.
Hot Limit
This value can only be changed in
ENGINEERING
mode.
Enter an upper temperature limit. If the sensor temperature rises above this limit, the
heater is disabled.
