5. Check the alignment of the spindle of the mixing
valve. The fl at surface of the spindle has to
point
downwards and has to be aligned horizontally
(illustr. 20). In this position, the supply is closed by
the spindle of the mixing valve.
6. Mount the
adapter (3)
supplied with the actuator
(see illustr. 12) onto the spindle of the mixing
valve.
Please make sure that the pointed prong of
the adapter points downwards (illustr. 21).
7.
Place the actuator onto the adapter (3) and
push it onto the three-way mixing valve until
it engages with an audible click.
Also use the grooves against twisting at the valve
body for orientation (illustr. 22).

The mixing valve with actuator can now be fi tted
into the product group.

When installing the three-way mixing valve
into the product group, the collar nuts have
to be tightened with a
torque of 25 Nm
.
After installation,
check
all connection
points
for leaks.
